Vous devez toujours garder à l'esprit que si un nouveau passeport vous est attribué, à vous ou aux membres de votre famille, avant l'expiration de votre ESTA, l'exemplaire ESTA lié à ce passeport expire automatiquement.

Le temps que vous pouvez passer aux États-Unis dans le cadre de l'ESTA est de 90 jours et la durée d'un voyage individuel ne peut être prolongée. Si vous avez des activités officielles aux États-Unis et que vous devez y rester plus de 90 jours, ESTA ne fonctionnera pas pour vous, vous devrez demander le visa correspondant.
